Got this for my shoulder, it popped out of its joint about 2 months ago. I'm still getting pain when I lift or move my left arm. I got this to put on to ease the pain, it works perfectly. Takes away the pain but I have to put it on 3 times a day. Fingers crossed I will be OK very soon. It works great.

Applies easily, soaks in quickly. Does ease the discomfort somewhat, but does not take away the issue completely. But then nothing will I feel. We just have to get over the initial injury. I apply this gel twice a day, first thing mornings and last thing at night. I know it says apply 3 times daily, but quite honestly I don't feel inclined to undress mid day to administer, as the injury involves, hips to toes, so its difficult to get dressed and undressed. It does seem to help on my shoulder after dislocating it and having it put back. Rather ouchy.... I would recommend people to try this gel.

I find this much more effective than the standard 5% ibuprofen gel. It is a clear gel and has only a faint smell that is not unpleasant and seems to go fairly quickly. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes to dry on the skin, depending on how much I use. So far it has not stained any of my clothes (mainly cotton).
