Work as they should. Took one at night at about 9pm and woke up at 4am needing the toilet. I have had times where I’ve had to take another the following night but they always work. They can sometimes cause cramps obviously but that just has to be accepted. I do recommend people only take one initially and then if it doesn’t work only take another one the following night.

I was pretty worried about taking these after reading the reviews. I decided to take at 3pm with the thought that I may be up during the night but at least I will be ok for work in the morning. Unfortunately that didn’t go to plan and it took 17 hours for these to start working! I didn’t experience any of the dramatic sounding pains that some people have mentioned but it was accompanied with a few stomach pains intermittently but nothing too bad and quickly passed.
