I'm lactose intolerant now and I had no idea why the cheap supermarket ones were making me so bloated and burpy. then I looked on the packet. Lactose. These ones are lactose free, they do contain sucrose and and are coated in it but if you have sugar in your diet then that's nothing to worry about. They do the job, they're very easy to swallow and, of course, they work well. They don't affect my asthma but that's me, not everyone with asthma is affected by ibuprofen, I'm one of the lucky ones.
