It's that time of year when the start of a 6-7 month period of having a constant blocked nose because heating does not agree with me. My office is hideously hot, extremely uncomfortable and not being able to breathe out of my nose makes me feel even worse. When I get home I try to leave the heating off for as long as I can because my nose unblocks itself by the time I travel the ten minutes home, and despite this stuff being a godsend I don't want to rely on constantly spraying it up my nose on a daily basis. However, when it's just too cold and I have to turn it on again, nose is blocked again as soon as the room starts warming up. So I have to use it again then anyway. Daily use twice a day (it does last for a good 6-8 hours per one spray up each nostril), is not where I want to be but for the sake of being able to breathe through my nose and constant congestion and sinus pain, I'll take it. Absolute game changer. Does give a bit of a weird slighting numbing sensation at the start of the sinuses, but again, I'll take it over constant sniffing and blocked ears from so much sniffing to try and clear it

I bought it coz I thought it will be somehow better then cheapest nose decongestant like otrivin. No difference at all except it’s 5 time more expensive. Just throw of 100 aed. It’s definitely not working for 10 hrs as described. There r some good reviews here. But for me- it was just a waste.
