Once I got over how thin the rug was I could take in the rest. There is a picture of how it arrives (in a zip up bag, like a duvet), but for some reason it isn’t what I expected. I’d been to a carpet shop that day and seen all the rugs hanging up, so to open the package on this was quite the contrast. The material is so soft, which makes up for how thin the rug is. There’s a non slip backing which actually works, even on non carpeted surfaces. In the kitchen I have a rug that needs additional none slip grips to keep it from sliding all over the place. This one didn’t need that. Although this one is definitely it for a high traffic area like the kitchen. Placement would be for a bedroom or home office. Really nice under foot. It’s has fold creases in when removed from the packet. It takes about a week for them to fall out. Haven’t washed it and not sure the impact that would have.

A quality product worth the money. I order it for my son's room. He spends a lot of time on the floor while playing. My son said that the rug is very soft and feels nice. The thickness of the rug is ideal for us because it can be washed and dried quickly in the washing machine. The size, color and pattern are ideal for small children, I'm sure they will love it. The round rug turned out to be much better than I had expected. It is well-made, and I particularly appreciate how it helps define the space with a cosy, intimate feel. I placed it under my computer chair by the window, and it instantly framed the area visually without feeling overwhelming. It also breaks up the monotony of straight lines and angles, adding soft curves that beautifully balance my angular furniture. For a modest price of £14.99, the quality is impressive. The edges are tightly bound with reinforced stitching, with no fraying in sight. They are neatly and consistently finished, so the rug keeps its shape and tidy appearance. The non-slip backing, while not overly thick, is effective. Made from what feels like silicone, it keeps the rug firmly in place, which is particularly important for preventing unnecessary movement or accidents under a chair. The surface has a smooth yet slightly textured feel, offering both comfort and durability against wear from chair movement. Although it is very low-pile—almost flat—it feels velvety under bare feet, which is a pleasant touch. It is also well-suited for use with a chair on wheels. Surprisingly, the wheels don’t cause any damage to the surface, as I initially worried they might. The rug recovers well from any marks left by the wheels and doesn’t shed fibres or lint. There is no pilling or flattening, and it continues to look and feel fresh, even with regular use. When I accidentally spilled coffee on the rug, I was relieved at how easy it was to clean. A sponge, a bit of water, and soap were all it took to restore it to its original state. This is a very low pile, but soft, rug. It's so thin that it easily bunches up and folds up if kicked/stepped on. But it's not a real trip hazard because it's so thin and light, I can't see how you could trip on it. The non-slip seems to work quite well, but because it's so light, it will get wrinkled and move about if laid on etc. It is very soft and comfortable. So far I've not had to clean it, only vacuum. The vacuum cleaner immediately sucks it up, blocking the cleaner. So you've got to use your brush attachment to avoid that. It's easy enough to been just take outside and shake as well. I've had a few rugs like this, and this has better print quality than some. I don't see any clear distortion on the pattern and the colours look like the pictures show. Looks really nice.
