The colours on this rug are simply beautiful, vibrant and exactly like the product pictures. The seller was very good with me. The first carpet arrived with a thumb-sized hole in the middle of the weave, but the seller arranged collection, then dispatched a replacement within a few days. Pleased to report the second rug is perfect. I am delighted with it. Just now needs flattening a bit. For your consideration - requires hoovering without a motorised brush head and it is spot clean only. Yes there will be straggly fibres, but it’s a long pile rug and this is the consequence of such rugs. Again, I’ll say that I’m very happy with the rug, I’m also happy with the seller’s customer care too. Now I want a blue one for upstairs!!Read more.
