This rug is perfect for covering a large area hard wood floor. It’s not thick but it is fluffy & feels lovely & soft under foot. It’s cheap & cheerful. Because it’s thinner it’s really easy to hoover & is much cleaner than thicker, heavier rugs. Especially with a super shedding dog. Wanted something navy blue and white or cream, with long pile to go in our new sitting room. Which it is and I think it looks good and we like it so far (only had for few days) Good things: It's quite eye catching and can easily look more expensive than what it is and brightens the room a lot, while being long pile also adds texture which helps a lot. It was fast delivery to the UK, over a week faster than the estimated delivery, even though it came from Germany. It did not get taxed even though things do since brexit, GLS delivered it. It's quite softish on the feet and feels nice when you are sitting/lying on it. Bad points: the pile is not AS thick as it could be, still looks good though and I guess worth it for the money. Some threads have fallen out the first day or two which we hoovered up, hoping no more! While the longpile is very easy to fluff up, it also flattens easily as you walk on it. But still looks good. Cleaning? Havent had to do it yet but I imagine it will be very hard to clean if we spill something on it and hoovering might not get crumbs out. Kind of expected. So far we love it!! I bought the smallest size of this rug for next to my bed and I'm really pleased with it. The photos show it true to life. It is a blue version of the rug that seems to be trending right now, usually I only see it in black or grey so very happy to find this version. For the price it is good value and quality. It isn't as good as the very expensive versions but it is well worth the price here and I would definitely buy it again if needed. The only negative for me was that a couple of the tassels were miss-stitched back into the rug itself but I just snipped them away with scissors. All in all a good buy.Read more.
