I understand why others haven't rated this item highly. I think perhaps the pictures are misleading. It's probably better purposed as a picnic rug. This out door rug is easy to use and looks great, its of a plastic material woven, it has tabs on the corners so you can secure it down so it don't blow away, as it is light and a small breeze will lift it up, I have placed mine on my decking - Ive added "M3command strips to secure to the decking"Read more.
